The DBFQ-H1600 Three-Servo Fully Automatic Tension Slitting Machine is engineered for high-precision, stable, and efficient slitting of flexible film materials. It adopts a three-servo drive system-one for traction and two for rewinding-ensuring consistent material tension and superior winding accuracy. The dual-shaft rewinding structure with six sets of circular blades delivers smooth, precise slitting and neat roll formation. Controlled by a Siemens PLC, the system automatically adjusts rewinding tension based on roll diameter, while pneumatic and gravity pressure rollers maintain uniform roll ends. The shaftless hydraulic unwinding system enables easy material loading, and high-quality components such as CHINT low-voltage parts and Schneider switches ensure reliable performance. With intelligent control, customizable discharge direction, and efficient waste edge removal, the DBFQ-H1600 offers exceptional precision, durability, and automation for advanced slitting operations.

1. Traction Section
• Driven by a 5.5kW servo motor to ensure stable, precise, and consistent material traction.
2. Waste Edge Collection System
• Equipped with a high-pressure air blower to blow waste edges out; customers can prepare their own mesh box for material collection.


3. Rewinding Section
• Dual-shaft upper and lower rewinding structure for independent rewinding of slit materials.
• Uses six sets of circular blades for high-precision slitting and smooth edges.
• Each rewinding shaft is driven by an independent 5.5kW servo motor with air shaft.
• Siemens PLC automatically adjusts rewinding tension according to roll diameter, ensuring uniform winding tension during multi-strip rewinding.
• Pneumatic and gravity pressure rollers can be switched freely to maintain smooth, even roll ends.
• The tightness between inner and outer layers is adjustable, adopting a spiral rewinding structure.
• As the rewinding diameter increases, the PLC automatically reduces servo motor speed to ensure optimal roll formation and extend air shaft lifespan.
• Finished product discharge direction (left or right) can be customized according to order.
4. Unwinding Section
• Integrated shaftless hydraulic automatic loading structure for convenient and efficient material loading.
