The DBFQT200-200 Low-Speed Vertical Slitting Machine is designed for precise and efficient slitting of wide web materials up to 2050mm. It features a robust steel plate frame, single unwind station with EPC alignment, and magnetic powder tension control for stable operation. Powered by a 7.5kW motor, it ensures smooth traction and low vibration. The straight-knife slitting system achieves ±0.1mm accuracy, while dual-station rewinding provides neat and consistent roll formation. Equipped with PLC centralized control, bilingual touch screen, and intelligent parameter input, the machine delivers reliable performance, easy operation, and high-quality output for various film and paper materials.
