The DBFQ-H1300 Three-Servo Fully Automatic Tension Slitting Machine is designed for high-precision and efficient slitting of various flexible film materials. It adopts a three-servo drive system-one for traction and two for rewinding-to ensure stable power transmission and precise tension control. Equipped with a shaftless hydraulic automatic loading system, Siemens PLC, and Schneider electrical components, the machine offers intelligent, reliable operation. The dual-shaft rewinding structure enables independent winding of each slit roll with uniform tension and adjustable tightness, while the pneumatic and gravity pressure rollers maintain neat roll ends. With features such as automatic diameter-based tension adjustment, high-pressure waste edge removal, and customizable discharge direction, the DBFQ-H1300 delivers exceptional stability, accuracy, and ease of use for professional slitting applications.

Feature

1. Traction unit
1. The traction roller is driven by a 3.7KW servo motor.
2. Waste edge recycling device:
Use a fan to blow out the waste material, and collect it in a self provided net cage by the customer.
3. Winding mechanism: (The left or right end of the finished product is determined by the customer at the time of ordering)
1. The cut material is independently wound up using upper and lower double axes, and the slitting knife is a flat knife (6 pairs) for slitting
2. There is one 3.7KW servo motor for each of the upper and lower winding shafts, which drives the pneumatic expansion shaft. The winding tension is automatically controlled by Siemens PLC according to the current coil diameter size, so that the finished material is neat when cutting multiple strips, and all winding end faces are flat. The flatness of the disc surface is freely switched between pneumatic pressure rollers and self weight pressure rollers. The tightness of the inner and outer layers of the finished roll is controllable, that is, the spiral winding method. As the winding diameter continues to increase, the PLC automatically controls the speed of the winding servo motor to decrease.
