The DBHHQ-Z1100 A4 Fully Automatic Longitudinal & Transverse Cutting Machine is engineered for precise, efficient sheet cutting with a rigid steel-plate and cast-iron structure, automatic hydraulic unwinding, magnetic-powder tension control, and ultrasonic EPC web guiding. Its servo-driven feeding system ensures accurate positioning, while the active pneumatic traction unit maintains smooth, stable material transport. The cutting section uses a cast-iron knife seat with high-precision HSS blades for clean shearing, supported by circular slitting knives and an air-blower waste removal system. A Panasonic PLC with Weintek HMI provides centralized control of traction, feeding, cutting, and tension, enabling automatic length setting, counting, preset stop, and reliable operation for high-speed A4 sheet production.
