Description

The BDHQ-K1100-T is a fully automatic dual-unwinding cross-cutting and slitting machine designed for high-precision sheet processing, featuring two pneumatic lifting unwinding stations that support 1-ton rolls up to Ø1400mm with magnetic-powder tension control and dual ultrasonic EPC alignment for stable, accurate feeding. Its 5.5kW servo-driven traction system and balanced guide rollers ensure smooth transport, while the vertical shear cross-cutting unit achieves ±0.2mm accuracy and up to 160 cuts/min with clean slitting from six circular knives and an integrated waste-edge removal system. The automatic stacking platform provides neat left/right separation supported by electric jogging plates and stainless-steel isolation. Controlled by a Panasonic PLC with a 7-inch touch screen, the system integrates servo, inverter, pneumatic, and sensor components for automatic counting, tension display, speed control, and fault protection. Built with 16mm steel wall panels, A3 steel frame, balanced rollers, and Schneider/CHINT/Autonics electrical elements, the machine delivers high rigidity, low vibration, and long-term stable performance suited for 50–500g material processing.
