Description

The DBHQ-ZH1400 is a high-speed sheeting machine designed for precise cutting of paper, self-adhesive materials, paper–plastic composites, non-woven materials, and other large-roll packaging substrates. Equipped with a Panasonic PLC and inverter motor control, it offers automatic length setting, counting, alarm stop, and fully automated tension adjustment through a magnetic-powder system. The machine features a 16 mm steel frame, heavy-duty cast cutting seat, dynamically balanced aluminum rollers, and a servo-driven traction system to ensure high accuracy and stable operation at high speeds. With reliable pneumatic, photoelectric, and electronic integration, it is an ideal online sheeting solution known for its precision, speed, low noise, and ease of operation.
