Description

The BDHQ-M1100 is a high-precision integrated longitudinal and transverse cutting machine that utilizes a servo fixed-length cutting system to ensure accurate, efficient slitting across paper, PET, medical film, and coated materials, all controlled through a Panasonic PLC with a 7-inch HMI for fully centralized, intuitive operation. Its dual unwinding unit features hydraulic shafted loading with air-shaft locking for heavy roll handling, supported by a magnetic-powder brake and digital closed-loop tension controller for stable feeding and deformation-free processing. An ultrasonic EPC web-guiding system with ±150mm stroke and photoelectric tracking keeps alignment precise, while the combination of circular blade slitting and vertical shear cutting achieves ±0.2mm accuracy with low dust output. A frequency-controlled conveyor transports finished sheets to the automatic stacking table, where stainless-steel baffles maintain neat separation at high speed. Multi-motor VFD drive, automatic counting with preset stop and alarms, and digital tension display enhance intelligent production, while the 16mm steel frame, precision-balanced rollers, and anodized guide rollers provide high rigidity, low noise, and long-term operational stability.
