The DBFQ-HL1300 Computer-Controlled High-Speed Split-Type Slitting Machine is designed for precise, efficient, and high-speed slitting of various film and paper materials. It features an automatic shaftless unwinding system with pneumatic clamping and photoelectric edge alignment for stable feeding. The servo-driven traction unit ensures smooth and accurate material transmission, while the air knife slitting system delivers clean cuts with ±0.1mm precision and automatic blade positioning. Dual A/B-axis rewinding with Φ76mm slip shafts enables continuous operation, uniform tension, and automatic push-out for efficient roll handling. Controlled by a PLC system with a touch screen interface, the machine offers intelligent tension management and real-time monitoring. The integrated optical or ultrasonic EPC correction system provides ±75mm alignment accuracy, ensuring exceptional stability, reliability, and productivity for professional slitting operations.
