The DBFQ300-1100 Surface Rewinding Slitting Machine is an advanced, high-precision system designed for efficient slitting and rewinding of flexible materials. It features a shaftless cone-top unwind stand for easy single-person operation, with automatic diameter detection and servo-driven EPC edge alignment for stable material feeding. Powered by a 5.5kW servo traction motor, it ensures smooth and accurate web transport. The dual-shaft independent rewinding section, equipped with servo motors and PLC-controlled automatic tension adjustment, provides uniform tension and adjustable roll tightness. With intelligent control, pneumatic assistance, and an integrated waste edge removal system, this model offers exceptional stability, precision, and ease of operation for high-quality slitting and rewinding applications.

1. Unwinding Section

• Shaftless cone-top unwind design allows single-person operation; special cone structure prevents inner core damage.
• Equipped with a 3-inch mechanical expanding sleeve lock-durable and convenient for left/right simultaneous clamping.
• Automatic diameter detection via proximity switch-no need to input material thickness. Residual roll diameter can be preset for auto slowdown and stop, allowing easier roll change.
• Manual edge tension adjustment mechanism with ±20mm range.
• Simulated automatic EPC system controls edge alignment; entire frame moves laterally on guide rails, driven by a servo motor through a screw rod.
• Pneumatic receiving platform with rubber pressing pad minimizes material waste.
• Corridor-type material threading for easy operation.
• Magnetic powder brake ensures stable tension during unwinding.

3. Waste Edge Removal System

• Equipped with air-blowing fan for waste edge removal; user can connect external mesh box for collection.

4. Rewinding Section

• Dual-shaft independent rewinding design (left/right discharge direction selectable upon order).
• Each rewinding shaft is powered by a 5.5kW servo motor with air shaft and PLC-controlled automatic tension adjustment via SMC electric components.
• Maintains uniform tension across multiple rolls; pneumatic and gravity pressure rollers can switch freely to ensure flat roll ends.
• Spiral-type rewinding structure allows adjustable tightness between inner and outer layers.
• As diameter increases, PLC automatically reduces servo speed to extend air shaft lifespan.
