Description
The DBWSFQ300-1300 Slitting Machine adopts advanced computer control with an ultrasonic photoelectric EPC tracking system for precise edge alignment. Rewinding tension is automatically managed by a Denma servo motor through PLC and touch screen control, while unwinding tension is also servo-driven with automatic regulation. The machine uses air-expanding shafts for stable rewinding and a frequency converter to control overall working speed. It is equipped with automatic meter counting, roll diameter calculation and display, and automatic stop at preset unwind diameter. Featuring smooth slitting edges and neat rewinding rolls, this machine ensures easy operation, high precision, and excellent roll quality for efficient downstream processing.

1. Unwinding Section
• Equipped with manual longitudinal and lateral adjustment to eliminate uneven tension and wrinkles caused by material thickness variation or uneven paper cores.
• Uses high-linearity magnetic powder brake as the unwinding tension actuator, ensuring stable torque output and minimizing tension fluctuation.
• Max unwinding width 1300mm, diameter Φ1000mm; hydraulic shaftless roll loading with receiving platform for easy roll change.
• Shaftless mechanical chuck system (optional automatic clamping) secures paper core without damage, eliminating the need for an air shaft-simple and efficient operation.
• Tension controlled by 4kW servo motor via PLC touch screen automatic control system for precise, stable unwinding.
• EPC system with photoelectric sensor tracks edges or lines accurately; servo motor executes precise corrections without machine vibration.
2. Slitting Section
• Adopts high-precision tungsten carbide circular disc knives suitable for thicker materials; clean cuts and long blade life.
• Upper and lower knife shafts (1 set each) with gear-driven synchronization; quick-lock mechanism prevents knife displacement and ensures cutting accuracy.
• Manual handwheel for lower knife adjustment; supports automatic knife approach.
• Waste edges removed by high-pressure air blower through guiding pipe.
• Main side plates made of 30mm thick steel, effectively reducing vibration and maintaining high-speed stability.
• Chrome-plated and polished guide rollers ensure smooth web movement.
• Equipped with a side-hand operating unit for convenient manual adjustments.
3. Rewinding Section
• Dual-shaft left-right rewinding with pneumatic balance arm to ensure consistent inner and outer roll pressure.
• Two asynchronous servo motors independently drive each shaft; individual tension control available per roll.
• Max rewinding width 1300mm, diameter Φ600mm; air shaft clamping (customizable per material).
• Pneumatic locking system for efficient and labor-saving shaft securing (new function).
• One-button inflation and deflation for air shafts (new function).
• Two air cylinders provide differential pneumatic pressure, adjustable via air regulator for optimal rewinding tightness.
• Servo-driven automatic tension control through PLC touch screen interface (2 × 4kW servo motors).
4. Transmission Section
• Controlled by variable frequency inverter for smooth acceleration and deceleration.
