Description
The DBFQ-Z1600L is designed for precision slitting and rewinding of various roll materials. It is suitable for a wide range of substrates, including plastic films (PET, OPP, PE, PVC, laminated films, and metallized films), paper rolls (kraft paper, masking paper, self-adhesive paper, PE-coated paper, glossy paper, packaging paper, etc.), as well as nonwoven and composite materials.
It ensures efficient and accurate slitting and rewinding for diverse roll materials.

Feature

1. Unwinding Section
• Single unwind station with steel plate frame, suitable for material width up to 1650mm and diameter 1200mm.
• Hydraulic auto loading/unloading system with 3-inch air shaft.
• Magnetic powder tension control and ultrasonic EPC system (±75mm correction range).
• Max load capacity 800kg; smooth feeding via 1650mm guide rollers.
2. Traction & Transmission Section
• Heavy-duty steel structure with 45mm thick plates for stability.
• Driven by 4kW servo motor; active traction with pneumatic pressure rollers.
• Chrome-plated steel driving roller and rubber pressure roller ensure smooth transmission.


3. Slitting Section
• Straight knife slitting structure with pneumatic adjustment.
• ±0.1mm slitting accuracy, 10 blades equipped with protective cover for safety.
4. Rewinding Section
• Single-shaft rewinding with servo motor tension control (5.5kW).
• Winding diameter up to Φ800mm; wedge-type air shaft design for stability.
• Unloading arm for convenient material discharge.


5. Discharge Section
• Hydraulic arm unloading with manual material movement.
• Max load capacity 400kg, simple and efficient unloading operation.
6. Control System
• PLC centralized control with touch screen interface for intuitive operation.
• Functions include: leftover material detection stop, total length & diameter display, preset length auto slowdown stop, auto tension control, and bilingual interface.
• User-friendly setup: input material thickness, width, density, diameter, and speed-system auto-calculates parameters.
7. Other Features
• Centrifugal fan blows waste edge out from machine side.
• Real-time speed display on screen for convenient monitoring.
