The DBZD-DGB470M Double-Channel Bag Making Machine is a high-speed thermal-cutting system built with a 12mm steel frame for outstanding stability and durability. It features a EURA-controlled main motor, dual feeding systems-including a servo front feeder-for precise material handling, and a copper heating knife with dual heating design to ensure clean, consistent sealing and cutting. With a bag-making width of up to 430mm, length range of 320–650mm, and production capacity of 160–460 pcs/min in double-channel mode, the machine delivers high efficiency and accuracy. Equipped with a 5T punching cylinder, stepper-controlled punching timing, and reliable electrical components with a Kunluntongtai touch screen interface, it provides smooth operation, easy adjustment, and stable long-term performance on a 220V single-phase power system.
