The DBZD-500X2TSHB Hot-Cutting and Bundling Machine is a high-efficiency dual-section system designed for precision bag making and automated bundling. The hot-cutting unit adopts dual INVT servo drives, magnetic powder tension control, and Panasonic photoelectric tracking to ensure stable feeding, accurate eye-mark positioning, and consistent cutting quality at speeds up to 300 pcs/min. Its robust 12mm steel frame and nitrile rubber traction rollers provide long-term reliability and smooth material handling.
The fully automatic bundling section features powerful 5T Taiwan Xunjie cylinders, eight Yuchen robotic cylinders, and a Zefutech servo-driven transmission for fast, synchronized bundling operations. With adjustable folding formats, a 360° rotating punching plate, and dual vibration bowls for automatic rubber band feeding, the machine delivers neat, uniform bundles at up to 7 cycles/min. An integrated Zefutech touch-screen control system and PLC automation support precise parameter settings, centralized monitoring, and efficient workflow management.
