Description
The DBJP-400 Inspection Machine is designed for efficient rewinding and quality inspection of roll materials, featuring a single-station shaftless hydraulic unwinding and rewinding structure suitable for rolls up to 800mm in diameter and 1500kg in weight. Driven by a servo-controlled traction and rewinding system, it ensures stable web transport and precise tension control throughout operation. An integrated EPC web guiding system with ±50mm correction accuracy maintains consistent alignment, while aluminum guide rollers enable smooth, damage-free feeding. The machine is managed by a Siemens PLC with a full-color touch screen, offering automatic tension control, length counting, residual material detection, and preset stop functions. Built with a rigid steel frame and equipped with high-quality electrical components, the DBJP-400 delivers reliable performance, easy operation, and high inspection efficiency for industrial production environments.
