The DBTB-1600 Coating & Laminating Machine is designed for high-precision coating and laminating of roll materials, featuring stable shafted unwinding with automatic tension control, a heavy-duty slot-die coating system for uniform and accurate coating thickness, and a reliable dual-position rewinding structure for efficient production. Equipped with ultrasonic EPC web guiding, magnetic powder tension control, and a PLC centralized control system with touch screen operation, the machine ensures smooth web handling, precise temperature management, and consistent coating quality. With a robust steel frame, integrated hot-melt glue supply system, and stable inverter-driven operation, the DBTB-1600 delivers reliable performance, high coating uniformity, and efficient continuous production for industrial coating and laminating applications.

2. Coating Main Unit
