Description
The DBZD-NV45 Double-Screw Zipper Extruder features a Φ45 + Φ30 dual-screw configuration with 1:28 L/D ratio and high-precision Zhoushan screws, delivering strong plasticizing performance, stable melt flow, and high output supported by a robust Guomao 133 gearbox. Its driving system includes a 7.5kW main motor, 1.5kW auxiliary motor, and dual 0.75kW traction motors-all inverter-controlled for smooth, synchronized extrusion with a total power of 25kW. The machine is equipped with a 19kW heating system across nine zones using Huibang controllers, a 2.2kW air cooler, and a stainless-steel lifting cooling water tank to ensure precise and efficient temperature management. A Delta touch-screen control system with Delta inverters and Schneider electrical components provides stable, reliable operation. The traction and forming unit ensures uniform shaping of various zipper profiles, while the heavy-duty steel-plate frame reduces vibration and supports long-term stable running. Overall dimensions are 6000×1000×1800mm with a total machine weight of 1600kg.
