Description

The DBCM-FM900 film blowing machine is engineered for high-output and stable film production, featuring a 65mm Zhoushan screw with a 180# robust gearbox for consistent plasticization and efficient extrusion driven by a 22kW inverter-controlled motor with automatic vacuum feeding. Its 360° rotary die head supports 400mm and 180mm die sizes, enabling production of 1000–1500mm films with thicknesses from 0.01–0.10mm and output up to 160kg/h. Dual high- and low-pressure air rings with an 11kW inverter-controlled blower ensure efficient bubble cooling, while the four-roller haul-off unit and wooden V-board provide smooth traction and precise film flattening. An automatic friction double rewinder delivers stable, clean winding for continuous production. The centralized electrical control system integrates Kewo inverters, CHINT components, and Schneider contactors, with PLC-based mic/gram control for accurate thickness monitoring. Optional color masterbatch feeders are available to enhance production flexibility.
