Description
The DBFQ-R1800H Slitting & Rewinding Machine is a high-performance, fully automatic system designed for slitting and rewinding a wide range of jumbo roll materials such as coated paper, white cardboard, kraft paper, laminated paper, and paper–plastic composites ranging from 70–400g/m². It features a hydraulic shaftless unwinding structure with 3- or 6-inch mechanical expansion sleeves, supporting rolls up to 1700mm in diameter and 5 tons in weight. The ultrasonic EPC system ensures precise edge alignment, while dual servo-driven automatic taper tension control maintains stable web tension throughout operation. Equipped with an air knife slitting system and automatic waste discharge, it delivers smooth and accurate cuts with clean edges. The center–surface rewinding design with differential shafts guarantees uniform roll tightness, and the PLC-controlled three-servo drive system with touch screen interface enables precise speed, tension, and meter counting control. With its hydraulic roll loading, automatic stop, and user-friendly interface, the DBFQ-R1800H offers exceptional accuracy, efficiency, and reliability for high-volume slitting and rewinding applications.
