Description
The DBFQ-R1600M Frame-Type Slitting Machine is a heavy-duty, high-speed system engineered for precision slitting and rewinding of paper, laminated film, aluminum foil, and adhesive label materials ranging from 40–500g/m². It features a hydraulic shaftless unwinding structure supporting 3–6 inch cores, with a maximum diameter of Φ1800mm and load capacity up to 3T, combined with an ultrasonic EPC correction system for ±75mm alignment accuracy. The 18.5kW servo-driven traction system and 60mm-thick steel frame ensure stable, vibration-free performance at speeds up to 500m/min. Equipped with a circular knife slitting system using SKD precision blades, dual front–rear shaft rewinding with surface and center winding, and 15kW servo motors for precise tension control, it delivers clean cuts and uniform roll quality. The Siemens PLC with a 10-inch multilingual touch screen enables full automation of speed, tension, and length control, while premium components from Schneider, Chint, and Meanwell ensure reliable operation.
