The DBGBK-1300 Gantry Type Slitting Machine is a high-precision and efficient slitting solution designed for flexible materials up to 1300mm in width and 1200mm in diameter. Featuring a hydraulic shaftless unwinding system with dual 3-inch and 6-inch air chuck compatibility, it ensures fast and secure roll loading with a maximum capacity of 3000kg. The machine adopts an 11kW servo-driven traction system and pneumatic pressing rollers for smooth, stable feeding and precise web control. Its circular knife slitting structure with ±0.1mm accuracy delivers clean and consistent cuts, while the dual A/B axis rewinding system powered by twin 15kW servo motors allows continuous operation with independent tension control. Equipped with Φ76mm differential shafts and pneumatic roll-lifting arms, it supports rewinding diameters up to 1400mm with reliable stability. The PLC centralized control system with a color touch screen enables automatic tension regulation, preset length deceleration stop, and bilingual operation for intuitive use.
