The SHM-S1300 Integrated Servo Rotary High-Speed Slitting Machine is a fully servo-driven system designed for precision, stability, and high productivity in slitting flexible materials. It features a hydraulic shaftless unwinding stand with 3" and 6" air shaft compatibility, closed-loop automatic tension control, and a Taiwan Puliyuan EPC system (E+L Germany optional) for precise web alignment. The "S"-type traction path with mirror-finished rollers and Rexroth servo drive ensures smooth and accurate material feeding. The slitting section supports razor, circular, or optional air knife configurations, delivering ±0.1mm cutting precision. A four-shaft central rewinding system with independent servo drives enables automatic A/B roll switching, consistent tension, and perfectly compact rewound rolls. Intelligent functions such as automatic roll diameter detection, taper tension logic, and pneumatic roll unloading enhance operation efficiency.
