The DBZD-H1000 Cold-Cut Double-Layer Four-Lane Vest Bag Making Machine is engineered for high-speed, stable, and precise production of vest bags. Its pocket cutting section features a 1.5kW main motor with inverter speed control, a fully automatic computer system for synchronized length and speed adjustment, a 1000mm copper heating knife for clean and strong sealing, and a durable Ma'anshan alloy steel cutting knife for accurate cold cutting. Supported by stepper-assisted feeding, multiple guide and rubber rollers, and a reinforced channel-steel frame, the machine ensures smooth film transport and long-term operational reliability. It handles sealing widths of 400/2 mm, bag lengths from 100–750 mm, and achieves production speeds of up to 120 pcs/min × 4 lanes.
The punching section supports vest bag widths up to 450mm and cutting lengths up to 750mm, equipped with dual 3T cylinders to deliver powerful and consistent punching performance.
