Description
The DBCM-PVC45 PVC film blowing machine is designed for stable and precise PVC film production, featuring a hopper feeding system compatible with various metering devices to ensure accurate material dosing and consistent extrusion. Its 38CrMoAl nitrided screw and barrel with a 1:28 L/D ratio provide excellent mixing and plasticizing performance suited for PVC's high viscosity and low thermal sensitivity. A specialized die head combined with an aluminum air ring and stainless-steel water-cooling system ensures uniform melt distribution and efficient film stabilization. The V-shaped folding board precisely flattens and guides the film as it transitions from bubble to sheet, while the heating system-including an 85°C water-injection oven and secondary air expansion-delivers controlled shrinkage and accurate film inflation. The dual-stage traction system maintains smooth pulling and tension stability, and the dual air-expanding shaft rewinding unit supports efficient, continuous roll changes for uninterrupted production.
