The DBZD-TUE600L Three-Side Sealing Double-Zipper Stand-Up Pouch Making Machine features precise assembly, a well-designed structure, and smooth low-noise operation. It offers convenient zipper adjustment, accurate stand-up pouch punching, and high production speed. Equipped with a PLC-based three-servo traction system and centralized computer-controlled temperature system, it ensures energy-efficient and stable performance. The main unwinding and dual stand-up insert unwinding adopt constant-tension control for smooth feeding and accurate punching. The floating roller uses dynamic tension compensation to minimize fluctuation during feeding, while the horizontal sealing and stand-up pouch arc-shaped bottom sealing deliver consistent, stable sealing quality.
