The NXZ-4A 4 Color Flexographic Printing Machine is designed for easy operation and high-efficiency printing, featuring precise color registration, flexible startup, and stable performance across different printing speeds. It is equipped with an automatic meter counter for preset print quantities with auto-stop on completion or material breakage, pneumatic printing cylinder lift with automatic ink stirring, anilox roller ink transfer for uniform color distribution, and a reliable drying system that disconnects automatically when the machine stops. The machine supports 360° continuous longitudinal register adjustment, frequency-controlled motor speed, and convenient jog/stop controls on both the plate roller base and material rack, ensuring accurate setup, smooth operation, and consistent high-quality flexographic printing.
