Description

 

The DBZD-S600L is a high-stability roll bag making machine built with a 12mm steel plate frame and driven by a 1.5kW main motor with EURA inverter control, featuring a 0.75kW automatic synchronous rear feeding system with pneumatic loading and break-detection shutdown, combined with a 3.7kW servo-driven front feeding unit for precise material positioning. Its cutting and sealing section uses a copper heating knife with central heating pipes for uniform sealing, supporting single-layer films of 0.005–0.015mm and bag sizes of 200–400mm width and 300–650mm length. The rewinding section adopts an air-shaft design with pneumatic brake and BEIJING BEDOOK dual EPC correction for accurate alignment, handling finished rolls up to 150mm diameter. Equipped with CHINT electrical components and high-precision Italian photocell tracking, the machine delivers 100–300 pcs/min per channel or up to 600 pcs/min in dual-channel mode, with an overall size of 6100×1750×1650mm, weight of 1900kg, and 380V three-phase power supply.
