The DBFQ-1300D Surface Rewinding Slitting Machine is engineered for precise and efficient slitting and rewinding of flexible film materials. It features a shafted unwind stand with automatic diameter detection and servo-driven EPC edge alignment for accurate material positioning. Powered by a 5.5kW servo traction system, it ensures smooth and stable web feeding. The dual-shaft independent rewinding structure-each driven by a 5.5kW servo motor with PLC-controlled dynamic tension adjustment-maintains uniform tension and adjustable roll tightness throughout operation. Equipped with pneumatic and gravity pressure rollers, a waste edge removal fan, and a user-friendly corridor threading design, this machine delivers high accuracy, easy operation, and reliable performance for professional slitting and rewinding applications.

Feature

1. Unwinding Section
• Shafted unwind stand with 3-inch air shaft, easy for single-person operation and prevents core damage.
• Automatic diameter detection via proximity switch-no need to input material thickness. Residual roll diameter can be preset for auto slowdown and stop, enabling quick roll change.
• Manual edge tension adjustment mechanism with ±20mm range.
• Simulated automatic EPC system for precise edge alignment; frame moves laterally on guide rails, driven by servo motor through a lead screw mechanism.
• Pneumatic receiving platform with rubber pressing pad and square steel frame reduces material waste.
• Corridor-type web path design for easy threading and operation.
• Magnetic powder brake ensures stable and accurate tension control.
2. Traction Section
• Driven by 5.5kW servo motor with mirror-finished traction roller for smooth and consistent material feeding.


3. Waste Edge Removal System
• Equipped with air-blowing fan to remove edge waste; customer can attach mesh box for waste collection.
4. Rewinding Section
• Dual-shaft independent rewinding design (left or right discharge direction selectable at order).
• Each rewinding shaft powered by a 5.5kW servo motor with air shaft, PLC automatically controls SMC electric components for dynamic tension adjustment based on roll diameter.
• Maintains even tension across multiple rolls; pneumatic and gravity pressure rollers can switch freely to keep roll ends flat.
• Spiral-type rewinding design allows control of inner and outer roll tightness.
• As roll diameter increases, PLC automatically reduces servo speed to extend air shaft service life.
