Description
The DBTB-RT320 Hot Melt Adhesive Coating Machine is a compact, high-precision coating and laminating solution designed for hot melt pressure-sensitive adhesives, featuring a wear-resistant alloy steel slot-die coating head for uniform glue distribution and long service life. It integrates dual unwinding units with ultrasonic EPC web guiding, automatic glue quantity tracking synchronized with machine speed, PID intelligent temperature control, and stable magnetic powder tension control to ensure smooth, accurate, and efficient operation. Supporting coating, laminating, cooling, and rewinding in one continuous process, the machine adopts servo and frequency-conversion drives, a high-efficiency hot melt supply system, and a rigid steel frame structure, making it suitable for release paper, PET film, composite films, and aluminum materials with consistent quality and reliable long-term performance.
