Description
The BDZD-XF800 Composite Bubble Mailer Making Machine is specially designed for producing high-quality composite bubble mailers using roll materials such as pearlescent film, co-extruded film, and metallized film laminated with bubble film. The machine adopts an advanced motion control system with dual-servo technology to ensure precise bag length control and stable coordination with the printing photocell for different mailer sizes. Both sides of the mailer are sealed using electric heating and then cold-pressed to form strong, clean, and durable sealing lines. Equipped with a double unwinding stand, the machine can produce single-line large bags and double-line small bags. The collection table supports automatic counting and shifting for efficient stacking. With fully automatic operation and simple user-friendly controls, the BDZD-XF800 is a high-quality, dedicated solution for manufacturing composite bubble mailers.

Feature

1. Unwinding Unit
• The unwinding frame adopts an integrated dual-station structure, allowing easy roll replacement and fast roll changeover for composite bubble film materials.
2. Active Feeding Unit
• Consists of limit side plates, traction feeding system, hot-press folding line, and buffer swing arm.
• Limit side plates ensure lateral alignment of the material entering from the unwinding station.
• The traction feeding system uses an AC motor, frequency inverter, and rubber feeding rollers to deliver material smoothly to the inclined support plate.


3. Folding Unit
• Includes inclined support plate, folding mechanism, and folding platform.
• The inclined support plate stabilizes material movement toward the folding mechanism.
• The folding device can be moved as a whole, with independent left-right adjustment; small size deviations can be corrected by adjusting the folding rods.
• The folding platform uses photoelectric sensors, pneumatic pressure wheels, and pressure rollers for tracking and correction to ensure consistent flap dimensions.
4. Main Machine Unit
• The main control system consists of a motion controller, color touch screen, rotary operation platform, and electrical cabinet, ensuring stable and efficient machine operation.
• Transmission uses custom synchronous pulleys and synchronous belts to deliver uniform, stable power with no slipping.
• The traction section uses servo motors driving multiple belt groups via synchronous pulleys; the special traction belt arrangement ensures stable feeding without slippage at high speed.
• The length-tracking section includes a high-sensitivity color mark sensor, motion controller, and servo motor to maintain consistent product length for blank or printed bags.


• The sealing section consists of inverter, three-phase asynchronous motor, gearbox, pin row, hot-sealing knife, and cold-press knife. It performs exhaust, thermal sealing, and cold shaping sequentially. The heavy-duty low-temperature sealing knife structure ensures strong, neat sealing edges.
• The hot-melt glue system includes an EPC-adjustable glue stand and large-capacity glue machine. It evenly coats release paper or release film and bonds it onto the bag opening. The glue machine is equipped with dual glue guns.
• The cutting section includes a servo motor system, stepper motor system, and cutting mechanism, enabling instant and precise cutting.
• The longitudinal slitting unit includes slitting knives, adjustable knife frame, and EPC system, ensuring precise slitting accuracy when producing two-out small bags.
5. Collecting Unit
• The collecting unit consists of a transmission system, collecting platform, and drive motor, ensuring finished products are output in order and neatly arranged.
