Daily maintenance of a 6-color CI flexographic printing press can be carried out in five aspects: cleaning, lubrication, inspection, calibration and safety. Here are some of the more systematic routine maintenance:
1. Pre-start Inspection
Check that the power supply and wires are working properly and that there are no loose or abnormal alarms.
Check air and hydraulic system pressures.
Check all drive gears, timing belts and couplings for abnormal noise.
Check that the ticketing system is back to zero.
Check that the ink circulation system is unobstructed.
2. Maintenance during printing
Keep stable ink viscosity;
Regular inspection of viscosity
Avoid ink that is too thin or thick, affecting color difference and registration
2. Pay attention to the condition of the anilox roller.
Prevent plate clogging
Observe the build-up of scratches and ink.
Monitoring tension changes
Keep stable unwinding release and tension
Avoid material misalignment or wrinkling.
Check the drying system
Check temperature uniformity;
Check that fan is operating normally;

5. Operating Precautions
Prolonged shutdown is strictly forbidden. The ink is still there.
The speed of the machine must be reduced before parking.
Do not let hard objects collide with brown the anilox roller.
