1, Overview
Non woven fabric slitting machine is a type of equipment that cuts and slits wide materials according to different needs during the production process. The non-woven fabric slitting machine is mainly used to cut wide coils into various narrow coils suitable for production needs. The slitting process includes two processes: unwinding and rewinding. The tension control of unwinding and rewinding materials is a key link in the slitting machine. This machine has added automatic edge aligner control on the basis of the original electrical control system, achieving ideal results and improving machine performance. It makes the machine more stable during high-speed operation, with smooth winding, simple and convenient operation, safety and reliability, and strong durability.
2, Main uses
The non-woven fabric slitting machine is mainly used for cutting the edges or slitting of wide roll materials such as non-woven fabrics. It cuts the non-woven fabric substrate into several rolls of actual required size, with a paper tube inner diameter of 75mm, non-woven fabric outer diameter of 600mm, and a length of 1600mm or less. The narrowest edge banding can be cut to 18mm.
3, Main institutions
(1) Rack section
Made by welding thick steel plates.
(2) Roll up section
The winding adopts a 3-inch inflatable winding shaft and a magnetic powder tension controller for winding. This machine has a simple operation for cutting and wrapping edge strips, and the maximum winding diameter can reach 600mm.
(3) Unwinding section
The unwinding adopts a 3-inch inflatable unwinding shaft.
(4) Cutting blade section
The cutting blade can be industrial surgical blade or flat blade (graphic blade), and the blade distance can be adjusted between 18mm-1600mm.
(5) Host part
Mainly using a 5 KW motor and an electronic speed control system, the machine's speed is manually adjusted during use.
(6) Guide roller section
The entire machine is made of chrome plated steel pipes, each of which has undergone dynamic balancing treatment.
